I was just wondering if it was alright to upload games not made with GM? Say games made with Torque Game Builder?

Not at this time, no. I'm not sure what YYG's plans are in the long run, but this site is currently designed to host games made with Game Maker.

i want somebody to promise me that only GM games will EVER be allowed.

There are atleast two out there not made with GM, in my opinion it should be okay, but GM games is more preffered regardless.

What about Crimelife? I know that at that high quality, I'm not really sure it was made using GM. If it was, it probably took a lot of time, though

Since they both work with Instant Play, it's fairly likely they were made with Game Maker.
