Hey my site now has a forum, not for chat, but for comments on my stuff and for other people to show me stuff. As of now there are no users so here's what I am doing. There is a section in the forum called 'Others Games'. You can make a topic there for one of your games. I will personally play and tell you what I think of the game. Then, each week, I will pick my favorite of the games that had been posted that week, and it will be featured on the FRONT page of my site with its link for all visitors to see. : ) It is a good way for you to get your game noticed, and the sooner you start, the better because there will be less people and thus you have a better chance of being featured. Hopefully you see this as a good opportunity and will take advantage of it. : )

It isn't for 'honor', it is to get noticed. I know that everyone could care less about "winning" but by getting it put on the front page of my site, other people could try it as well. And even if you don't win, I will play it and tell you what I think.

I read that you are making a sequel, so post it that same section of the forum when you are done because I'd like to play it. : )

Since Mortimitor was the only person to submit a game that I was able to play, it is the featured game of this week. And lucky for him, I am going on vacation and the featured game won't be changed for two weeks. : )
Hopefully two weeks will allow enough time that there will be enough games that I actually have to make a decision next time. : )

LOL, @legendary: and that anim8d image of a stick figure holding up a flag saying legendary and getting squashed by Game Maker is kinda funny, nice entertainment there.

Haha, it's funny how when I do this, I get flamed. But yeah, even though I haven't made anything myself yet, I may try to get some of the games from the guys working on my site. I hope the in game advertisements will be fine. One of the newer ones is just about out, I think it's a defense game. It's by Ragnarok, who also has an account here, so you may want to speak with him. I'm sure he'd be happy to share.

The difference is that I have been an active member for over a year that actually makes games and you just joined.

I realize that people don't want to make a bad impression of themselves by submitting a game that isn't very good, but also realize that right now is a good time to submit games because since this is just starting, there are not as many entries and yours has a better chance of being picked.

Also, only submit one a week so that you have more oppurtunities to get picked. : )
