I can't figure out what to do at the beginning of chapter 5. The map says I have to go to the area below the town in the northwest, but after I talk to everyone there I can't figure out what to do. I tried going into the pyramid to the east of that area, but I can't get anything to happen there. What do I do?

You have to use all your weapons to activate the spheres at the exact same time it is extremly hard. I cant beat the boss though and i cant even figure out how to damage it. and its too hard to concentrate with the boss hurling heat seeking shots at you.

Wait, what spheres? You mean the switches in the first room that, when you hit them, blink for a bit and then go out? If it's those, do I have to hit them at the exact same time or just as long as one is lit, I can hit the next one?

I was in the mysterious area and I could go left or down.

Yes, it's all about thinking outside the box, and using whatever weapons you have. The hint always helps.

I can't beat the giant helecopter thing that appears to be the boss of chapter 2 when you first come out of the cave. I fire all my missils at him but he wont go down!

I got stuck in the first bit (VERY FIRST BIT) for ages, i din't realise you had to talk to that guy TWICE

i got stuck at the very first puzzle section...where u had to push those crates <_<
